A new look in roofing

Just a little look into our roofing world today! The crew is hard at work tearing off 115 squares of old 3-tab shingles, getting this home ready for a major upgrade. After years of weathering everything Mother Nature could throw at it, those tired 3-tabs have officially served their time. Now it's time to give this roof the fresh start it deserves.

We're replacing the old material with Owens Corning Oakridge 30-year architectural shingles, and let us tell you, the difference is going to be night and day. Oakridge shingles aren't just built to last, they're designed to look incredible doing it. With their dimensional appearance, deeper shadow lines, and rich color blends, these shingles add instant curb appeal and a high-end finish that flat 3-tabs simply can't match.

Beyond the looks, Oakridge shingles bring serious performance to the table. They're engineered with SureNail Technology for stronger fastening, improved wind resistance, and better overall durability. That means greater peace of mind for the homeowner, especially when storm season rolls around. A 30-year limited warranty doesn't hurt either.

A 115 square tear-off is no small project. That's a full day of strategic teamwork, careful debris management, and attention to every detail. Our crew takes pride in protecting the property, keeping the job site clean, and making sure every layer underneath is inspected before the new system goes down. A quality roof starts long before the first new shingle is nailed in.

If your roof is showing its age, curling, cracking, missing granules, or just looking tired, it might be time for an upgrade of your own. We'd love to help you transform your home the same way.

Stay tuned for the after photos, you won't want to miss the transformation! 🏠
